Video Blogs are becoming all the rage as it's the most cost effective way to drive thousands of viewers to your blog. However, the video streaming service that is best for you depends upon what type of video you want to stream and how much experience you have with video software.
In general, using Flash-based video is much more cost effective since it doesn't require a streaming media server. Services such as InstantVideoGenerator allow you to record directly to the server using a webcam.
